We test our formulas carefully and publish them openly, but results are estimates that depend on your inputs and simplifying assumptions (which each calculator discloses). Actual loan terms, returns, fees and taxes will differ. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for decisions made from its output.

3. Acceptable use

You may link to any page freely — share links exist for that. You may not scrape the site at disruptive volume, misrepresent BedrockCalc output as professional advice, or republish substantial portions of the content without attribution.

Pages include analytics from third parties, and may carry advertising in future (see the Privacy Policy). Their services are governed by their own terms.
